Welcome to the launch of my very first sourdough blog! Let me start by saying, I genuinely appreciate you being here and I am thrilled to share my enthusiasm for sourdough baking with you, offering my best tips, favorite tools, and most loved recipes.

The aim of this site and blog is simple: to equip you with the confidence and resources to embark on your own sourdough adventure!

A bit about me-I’m Brianna (most people call me Bri), originally from Long Island, NY, and now soaking up the sun in Florida where I moved at the end of 2019. I am married to Jeff and together we have two children; Gavin and Rachel. I’m also a triplet, one of five siblings, and I have a beloved black lab named Cabela. When I’m not in the kitchen, you might find me at the beach, on our boat, creating new memories with my family, traveling to NY to visit family and friends, indulging in laughter and praising the Lord for all the blessings in my life.

After moving to Florida, I transitioned from my full-time job as a Sr. Recruiter/Account Manager to becoming a stay-at-home mom-a change that occurred after the birth of my second child. In this new chapter of my life, I uncovered a deep passion for sourdough baking. While I’ve always loved baking for its therapeutic and addictive qualities, crafting my first sourdough loaf transformed this passion into a thrilling new hobby. It not only engages my mind but also fills me with immense joy and satisfaction.
